Ginkgo Biloba P.E. boosts circulation to both the brain and body limbs. One of the main health functions of Ginkgo Biloba P.E. is to inhibit a substance called platelet-activating factor (PAF), a mediator released from cells that causes platelets to aggregate (pile up together).
